ZODIAC CLOTHING CO.LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Pursuant to the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider trading) Regulations, 2015 read with the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, The trading window for dealing in Company's securities shall remain closed from 01st April, 2023 until 48 hours after declaration of audited financial results for the quarter and year ended 31st March, 2023, for all the Designated Persons of the Company (including their immediate Relatives), and insiders covered under the aforesaid Regulations and Code.
