To Consider raising of funds through issue of equity shares and/or any other convertible securities through Preferential Issue and/or any other permissible mode(s), in accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Issue of Capital and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2018, as amended (the 'ICDR Regulations') and other applicable regulations, from the promoters/ promoter group, subject to the approval of the members of the Company through Postal Ballot and other regulatory and/or statutory approvals, as may be applicable.
