ZUARI GLOBAL LTD. - Closure of Trading Window

Zuari Global Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from the end of the quarter i.e. September 30, 2014 to October 31, 2014 for all the directors and designated employees of the Company.
