ZUARI GLOBAL LTD. - Closing of Trading Window

Zuari Global Ltd has informed BSE that pursuant to the Code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Trading in Securities of the Company, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from the end of the quarter i.e. December 31, 2014 to February 12, 2015 for all the directors and designated employees of the Company.
