In compliance with the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the Company''s Code of Conduct to Regulate, Monitor and Report Trading by an Insider, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company for all the Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, shall remain closed with effect from 1 January 2023 till the expiry of 48 hours after declaration of the unaudited financial results, for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2022.The date of Board meeting to consider the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2022, shall be intimated separately in due course.
