Power Mech Projects lists shares in ‘B’ group securities

Power Mech Projects Ltd, an integrated power infrastructure services company, on Wednesday said its equity shares are listed on the Bombay Stock Exchange and admitted to dealings on the exchange in the list of 'B' group securities.

“Effective from August 26, 2015, the equity shares of Power Mech Projects Ltd are listed and admitted to dealings on the Exchange in the list of 'B' Group Securities,” said Power Mech Projects Ltd in a filing to the Bombay Stock Exchange on August 26, 2015.

The company undertakes erection works, including erection, testing, and commissioning of boilers, turbines and generators and balance of plant works for the power sector, as well as other allied industries, such as petrochemicals, steel and cement.

Meanwhile, shares of the company were trading flat at Rs 650.40 apiece on BSE at 10:42 hours.
