Objective
The DSP Merrill Lynch Opportunities Fund is an open-ended growth scheme and its focus is to respond to the dynamically changing Indian economy by moving its investments amongst different sectors, such as the Lifestyle sector, Pharmaceuticals sector, Cyclical sector and Technology sector, as prevailing trends change. The scheme's primary objective is to generate long-term capital appreciation, and the secondary objective is income generation and distribution of dividend, from a portfolio constituted of equity and equity-related securities, concentrating on the investment focus of the scheme.
