Aluminium Futures Decline on Weak Demand - PTI

Aluminium prices fell in the futures market on Tuesday due to reduced demand from consuming industries. The metal closed at Rs 257.20 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Feb 11 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday slipped Re 1 to Rs 257.20 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in March fell Re 1 or 0.39 per cent to Rs 257.20 per kg in 944 lots.

Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
