Aluminium Futures Drop on Weak Demand - PTI

Aluminium prices fell 0.89% on the Multi Commodity Exchange on Tuesday, driven by weak demand from consuming industries. Find out more about the latest market trends.
New Delhi, Jun 11 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Tuesday declined by 0.89 per cent to Rs 233.70 per kg in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in spot markets.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in June fell Rs 2.10 or 0.89 per cent to Rs 233.70 per kg in a trading volume of 3,383 lots.

Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries pulled down aluminium prices.
