Aluminium Futures Drop on Weak Demand - PTI

Aluminium futures prices declined on Friday due to low demand from consuming industries, according to the Press Trust of India. Learn more about the market trends.
New Delhi, May 10 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Friday declined 0.02 per cent to Rs 234.20 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in May fell 5 paise or 0.02 per cent to Rs 234.20 per kg in 3,908 lots.

Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
