Aluminium prices fell in the futures market on Monday due to low demand from consuming industries, resulting in a decline of Rs 1.65 per kg.
New Delhi, Nov 11 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday slipped Rs 1.65 to Rs 239.95 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in November fell Rs 1.65 or 0.68 per cent to Rs 239.95 per kg in 3,333 lots.

Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
