Aluminium Futures Fall on Weak Demand

Aluminium futures prices declined on Monday due to weak demand from consuming industries. The price fell 10 paise to Rs 200.40 per kilogram on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Feb 12 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Monday declined 10 paise to Rs 200.40 per kilogram in the futures market as participants trimmed their positions on a weak trend in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in February fell 10 paise or 0.05 per cent to Rs 200.40 per kg in 3,523 lots.

Analysts said cutting down of positions by participants on easing demand from consuming industries mainly kept aluminium prices lower.
