Aluminium Futures Rise: Fresh Bets in Domestic Trade

Aluminium prices rise in futures trade on fresh bets. December delivery up 0.46% to Rs 271.70/kg. Demand from industries supports prices.
New Delhi, Nov 28 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Friday rose by Rs 1.25 to Rs 271.70 per kilogram in the domestic futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium for delivery in December went up by Rs 1.25, or 0.46 per cent, to Rs 271.70 per kilogram, in a business turnover of 3,186 lots.

Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
