Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium futures prices rose 0.03% to Rs 196.40 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange, driven by fresh positions and demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Dec 7 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Thursday climbed 0.03 per cent to Rs 196.40 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for December delivery increased by 40 paise or 0.03 per cent to Rs 196.40 per kg in a business turnover of 4,726 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
