Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium futures prices climbed 0.53% on Wednesday to Rs 208.80 per kg on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX), driven by fresh positions built by speculators amid a positive trend in the spot market.
New Delhi, Dec 27 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Wednesday climbed 0.53 per cent to Rs 208.80 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for January delivery increased by Rs 1.10 or 0.53 per cent to Rs 208.80 per kg in a business turnover of 4,156 lots.
Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
