New Delhi, Nov 30 (PTI) B2B (business to business) digital and cloud solutions company Tata Tele Business Services (TTBS) on Thursday said it has collaborated with Truecaller for a verified business caller ID solution for TTBS enterprise customers.

The partnership is aimed at providing an additional layer of identity, credibility, and spam prevention to the company users, TTBS said in a statement.

"By integrating Truecaller's cutting-edge technology into our offerings, we aim to empower businesses with a seamless and secure communication solution that not only optimises operations but significantly augments customer trust and satisfaction," Tata Teleservices Senior Vice President - Product and Marketing Vishal Rally said.

redBus partners with Truecaller
* Online bus ticketing platform redBus on Thursday said it has joined hands with Truecaller for travel bookings and customer support through its verified business caller ID solution.

Users will be able to recognise verified business calls from redBus, enabling customers to seamlessly manage their travel bookings, including bus tickets and cab services, and get timely technical assistance, the company said in a statement.

"Truecaller's Verified Business Caller ID solution helps us deliver a richer and safer booking lifecycle experience. From the minute a user books a ride with us, they will receive a verified and seamless service. Moreover, users can also discover offers running on redBus through this platform," redBus Head of Product Saurabh Shakya said.

PatilKaki raises funds led by Cap70 Angels
* Homemade snacks startup PatilKaki on Thursday said it has raised funds led by Angel Investing Network, Cap70 Angels along with participation from entrepreneurs Agnelorajesh Athaide and Kailash Biyani.

The undisclosed amount will be leveraged towards scaling operations, marketing optimisation, and sales & distribution expansion among others.

Cap70 Managing Director Anil Goyal told PTI, "Pertaining to our Angel Investing Network, we are witnessing a lot of potential association opportunities from ventures in the foodtech, medtech, fintech and insurtech space. We are upbeat about the India startup growth story..and are also in advanced stages to offer a AI-based growth enabling platform for the MSME sector who otherwise face challenges in gaining access to resources including finance related."

Founded in 2020, PatilKaki offers fresh and handmade food snacks without preservatives. It sought fame after featuring in Shark Tank India Season 2.
