Coriander Futures Decline on Weak Demand

Coriander futures prices fell on Monday due to low demand in the spot market. Speculators reduced their positions, leading to a decline of Rs 16 per quintal on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange.
New Delhi, Jul 8 (PTI) Coriander prices on Monday eased Rs 16 to Rs 7,196 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid a weak demand in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for the July delivery declined Rs 16 or 0.22 per cent to Rs 7,196 per quintal in 17,260 lots.

Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly led to the decline in coriander prices here.
