Coriander Futures Decline on Weak Demand

Coriander prices fell on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to weak demand in the spot market. Speculators reduced their positions, leading to a decline of Rs 20 per quintal.
New Delhi, Dec 19 (PTI) Coriander prices on Tuesday eased Rs 20 to Rs 7,334 per quintal in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions amid a weak demand in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for December delivery declined Rs 20 or 0.27 per cent to Rs 7,334 per quintal in 425 lots.

Market analysts said subdued demand in the spot market mainly led to the decline in coriander prices here.
