Coriander Futures Rise on Higher Demand - PTI

Coriander futures prices surged on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to increased demand and tight supplies, according to PTI.
New Delhi, Dec 8 (PTI) Coriander prices on Friday rose Rs 16 to Rs 7,288 per quintal in futures trade as speculators increased their holdings, tracking a firm trend in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for December delivery traded higher by Rs 16 or 0.22 per cent at Rs 7,288 per quintal with an open interest of 9,030 lots.

A firm trend in the spot market and restricted supplies from producing regions pushed up coriander prices, market analysts said.
