Coriander Futures Surge on Higher Demand - PTI

Coriander futures prices rose on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange (NCDEX) on Monday due to increased demand and firm spot market trends.
New Delhi, Mar 4 (PTI) Coriander prices on Monday rose Rs 196 to Rs 8,026 per quintal in futures trade as speculators increased their holdings, tracking a firm trend in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, coriander contracts for April delivery traded higher by Rs 196 or 2.44 per cent at Rs 8,026 per quintal with an open interest of 21,460 lots.

A firm trend in the spot market and restricted supplies from producing regions pushed up coriander prices, market analysts said.
