Crude Oil Futures Decline on Low Demand - PTI

Crude oil futures declined on Friday due to low demand, falling to Rs 6,161 per barrel on the Multi Commodity Exchange. Global oil prices saw gains.
New Delhi, Feb 2 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Friday declined 0.73 per cent to Rs 6,161 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for February delivery fell Rs 45 or 0.73 per cent to Rs 6,161 per barrel with a business volume of 10,354 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 0.42 per cent higher at USD 74.13 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 0.51 per cent up at USD 79.10 per barrel in New York.
