Genpact Acquires XponentL Data for AI Innovation

Genpact acquires XponentL Data, boosting its AI and data capabilities to drive client transformation. The acquisition enhances Genpact's AI-led solutions and data expertise.

New Delhi, Jun 6 (PTI) Technology services firm Genpact on Friday announced acquisition of data products and artificial intelligence solutions provider, XponentL Data.
According to a release, XponentL brings differentiated domain-led data strategy, design, and engineering capabilities, industry experience, and strategic partnerships. The deal size was not disclosed by the company.
"This acquisition builds on Genpact's pivot to data, AI, and other advanced technologies, further enhancing Genpact's ability to help clients across the lifecycle of AI transformation, from strategy through implementation," the release said.
XponentL also adds robust training and capabilities across numerous leading data platforms, including Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft. The company brings industry and process specific solutions that accelerate time to business value, the release further said.
"We believe the future belongs to companies that deploy AI at speed and scale on a bedrock of data expertise," Balkrishan Kalra, President and Chief Executive Officer of Genpact said.
Genpact and XponentL share vision to unlock the power of data for clients, Tom Johnstone, CEO, XponentL Data said adding "this opportunity allows us to take it to the next level".
