Gold Futures Decline on Low Demand - PTI

Gold prices fell on Friday due to reduced speculation and weak global cues, with futures trading lower at Rs 69,550 per 10 grams on the Multi Commodity Exchange.
New Delhi, Apr 5 (PTI) Gold prices on Friday declined Rs 157 to Rs 69,550 per 10 grams in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for June delivery traded lower Rs 157 or 0.23 per cent at Rs 69,550 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 23,973 lots.

Analysts attributed the fall in gold prices to weak global cues.

Globally, gold was trading 0.28 per cent lower at USD 2,302 per ounce in New York.
