Gold Futures Fall on Low Demand - PTI

Gold prices fell Rs 233 to Rs 61,271 per 10 grams in futures trade on Wednesday due to weak global cues and reduced speculator positions.
New Delhi, Feb 14 (PTI) Gold prices on Wednesday declined Rs 233 to Rs 61,271 per 10 grams in futures trade as speculators reduced their positions.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for April delivery traded lower Rs 233 or 0.07 per cent at Rs 61,271 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 13,632 lots.

Analysts attributed the fall in gold prices to weak global cues. Globally, gold was trading 0.41 per cent lower at USD 1,998 per ounce in New York.
