Gold Futures Fall on Weak Demand - PTI

Gold prices declined on Wednesday by Rs 690 to Rs 77,817 per 10 grams in futures trade on the Multi Commodity Exchange, driven by weak global cues.

New Delhi, Nov 6 (PTI) Gold prices on Wednesday declined Rs 690 to Rs 77,817 per 10 grams in futures trade amid weak global cues.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for December delivery traded lower by Rs 690 or 0.88 per cent at Rs 77,817 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 11,877 lots.

Analysts attributed the fall in gold prices to weak global cues.

Globally, gold futures decreased by 1.22 per cent to USD 2,716.20 per ounce in New York.
