New Delhi, Jul 2 (PTI) Gold prices on Wednesday declined Rs 231 to Rs 97,020 per 10 grams in futures trade amid muted spot demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for August delivery depreciated Rs 231 or 0.24 per cent at Rs 97,020 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 13,069 lots.
