Guar Gum Futures Fall on Low Demand - PTI

Guar gum futures prices dropped Rs 135 to Rs 11,300 per five quintals due to weak demand and ample supplies in the spot market.
New Delhi, Nov 8 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Wednesday dropped Rs 135 to Rs 11,300 per five quintals in the futures market as traders offloaded their holdings in line with a weak trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for November delivery fell Rs 135 or 1.19 per cent to Rs 11,300 per five quintals in 12,860 lots.
Marketmen said slackness in demand in the spot market and ample supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
