Guar Gum Futures Fall on Low Demand - PTI

Guar gum futures prices dropped on Monday due to weak demand in the spot market and ample supplies, according to PTI.
New Delhi, Dec 4 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Monday dropped Rs 186 to Rs 11,211 per five quintals in the futures market as traders offloaded their holdings in line with a weak trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for December delivery fell Rs 186 or 1.66 per cent to Rs 11,211 per five quintals in 28,435 lots.
Marketmen said slackness in demand in the spot market and ample supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
