Guar Gum Futures Fall on Weak Demand - PTI

Guar gum futures prices on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange fell on Thursday due to weak demand and ample supplies.
New Delhi, Nov 2 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Thursday fell Rs 109 to Rs 11,530 per five quintals in the futures market as traders offloaded their holdings in line with a weak trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for November delivery declined Rs 109 or 0.95 per cent to Rs 11,530 per five quintals in 24,940 lots.
Marketmen said slackness in demand in the spot market and ample supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
