Guar Gum Futures Fall on Weak Demand - PTI

Guar gum futures prices dropped on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to low demand and ample supplies from growing regions.
New Delhi, Nov 6 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Monday dropped Rs 87 to Rs 11,338 per five quintals in the futures market as traders offloaded their holdings in line with a weak trend in the spot market.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for November delivery fell Rs 87 or 0.77 per cent to Rs 11,338 per five quintals in 19,960 lots.
Marketmen said slackness in demand in the spot market and ample supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
