Guar Gum Futures Rise on Firm Demand - PTI

Guar gum prices surged on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to strong spot demand and increased speculative holdings. Learn more about the market trend.
New Delhi, Nov 7 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Thursday increased by Rs 42 to Rs 10,573 per quintal in futures trade as speculators increased their holdings amid a firm spot demand.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum contracts for December delivery traded higher by Rs 42 or 0.40 per cent at Rs 10,573 per quintal with an open interest of 39,450 lots.

Analysts said after tracking a firm physical market trend, traders raised their bets, which led to the rise in guar gum prices.
