Guar Seed Futures Fall Amid Ample Supply - PTI

Guar seed futures declined on Thursday due to increased supply from producing regions, with prices dropping to Rs 5,494 per 10 quintals on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange.
New Delhi, May 30 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Thursday declined Rs 19 to Rs 5,494 per 10 quintals in the futures trade amid an increase in supply from producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for June delivery plummeted Rs 19 or 0.35 per cent to Rs 5,494 per 10 quintals with an open interest of 41,765 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
