Guar Seed Futures Fall: Ample Supplies Impact Prices

Guar seed futures decline on NCDEX due to ample supplies from growing regions. December contracts fall to Rs 4,729 per quintal.
New Delhi, Nov 21 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Friday declined Rs 24 to Rs 4,729 per quintal in futures trade amid ample supplies.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for December delivery fell Rs 24, or 0.51 per cent, to Rs 4,729 per quintal with an open interest of 55,170 lots.

Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
