Guar Seed Futures Plunge on Ample Supply - PTI

Guar seed futures on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange declined by Rs 63 to Rs 5,568 per 10 quintals due to increased supply from producing regions.
New Delhi, Dec 4 (PTI) Guar seed prices on Monday declined Rs 63 to Rs 5,568 per 10 quintals in the futures trade amid an increase in supply from producing regions.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar seed contracts for December delivery plummeted Rs 63 or 1.13 per cent to Rs 5,568 per 10 quintals with an open interest of 47,780 lots.
Marketmen attributed the downward trend in guar seed prices to increasing supplies from growing regions.
