HCLTech to Transform Just Energy with AI

HCLTech selected by Just Energy for AI-driven business transformation, enhancing operations and customer experience using GenAI and digital process outsourcing.

New Delhi, Jun 19 (PTI) IT services company HCL Technologies (HCLTech) on Thursday announced that it has been selected by Just Energy to enhance the US-based energy supply firm's operations and customer experience.

The release did not divulge the size of the contract.

HCLTech will harness its integrated Digital Process Outsourcing solutions suite and GenAI platform AI Force to boost operational efficiency across Just Energy's IT, finance, analytics, customer care, sales and renewals functions, according to the release.

HCLTech will also deploy 'digitalCOLLEAGUE', its comprehensive and role-specific single-UI platform, and 'Toscona', its business process optimisation suite, to improve workforce collaboration and business process management, the release added.

Scott Fordham, Chief Operating Officer of Just Energy, said: "We are confident that HCLTech's proven expertise and commitment to service excellence will help us achieve our key business objectives relating to operational efficiency and service improvements."

Ajay Bahl, Chief Growth Officer, Americas, Manufacturing and Allied Industries at HCLTech, said that by combining expertise in GenAI and digital process outsourcing, HCLTech would contribute significantly to Just Energy's innovation strategy and customer satisfaction.
