Kumar Vibe Raises Rs 115 Cr for Mumbai, Pune Projects

Kumar Vibe Properties secures Rs 115 crore from Nisus Finance for 3 real estate projects in Mumbai and Pune. Funding will support MMR and Pune developments.
New Delhi, Jul 23 (PTI) Realty firm Kumar Vibe Properties has raised Rs 115 crore from Nisus Finance for the development of its projects.

Kumar Vibe Properties Pvt Ltd is a 50:50 joint venture between Kumar Properties and Infrastructure LLP and Vibe Realty Pvt Ltd.

The company said in a statement on Wednesday that it has secured Rs 115 crore from Nisus Finance and the amount would be used for the development of three projects in Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) and Pune.
