Novac Technology Expands into Latin America

Novac Technology partners with Datafy Costa Rica to bring its digital learning solutions to the Latin American market, targeting the growing demand for e-learning in the region.
Chennai, Jul 23 (PTI) Novac Technology Solutions, a technology and digital transformation solutions company, has formed a strategic partnership with Information Technology provider Datafy Costa Rica SRL, marking its foray into the Latin American market.

With this initiative, Novac Technology Solutions has become the first pure-play digital learning solutions provider to establish a presence in the Latin American region, marking a significant milestone in its growth.

Citing reasons for its entry into the Latin American market, Novac Technology Solutions in a statement said the digital learning market is on an upward trajectory in the region, while Costa Rica alone was valued at USD 85-100 million and growing at a CAGR of 17 per cent.

Recognising this momentum, Novac Technology Solutions aims to strengthen its presence in the region through its digital learning solutions and certification-based offerings, the city-based company said.

On the foray into Latin American market, company Director C Mahesh said it marks a pivotal milestone in Novac's global journey.

"LATAM represents more than a new market; it's catalytic space for reimagining how enterprises approach capability development. Through our partnership with Datafy Costa Rica SRL, we are bringing a next-generation learning model that is hyper-personalised, culturally attuned, and built for scale," he said.



"Our aim is to make learning a core business function which is real-time, measurable, and deeply embedded in enterprise performance," he noted.




With the proven deployment expertise and understanding of both US and LATAM markets, the collaboration with Datafy Costa Rica SRL ensures a seamless rollout of learning programmes tailored for the region's business and cultural landscape.
