Saya Group & Lemon Tree: Business Suites in Greater Noida

Saya Group partners with Lemon Tree Hotels to manage 336 business suites at its Saya SouthX project in Greater Noida. Learn more about this collaboration.
New Delhi, Jun 23 (PTI) Realty firm Saya Group has roped in Lemon Tree Hotels to manage its 336 business suites in Greater Noida (West).

In a statement on Monday, the company said it has entered into an agreement with Carnation Hotels Pvt Ltd, a subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels.

As part of the agreement, Lemon Tree Hotels will operate and manage 336 fully-serviced business class suites at Saya SouthX, a mixed-use project being developed by Saya Group.

This project is spread over 3 acres with a total built-up area of about 6.8 lakh square feet.

Vikas Bhasin, MD of Saya Group, said, "This collaboration with Lemon Tree Hotels aligns perfectly with our vision of integrating business efficiency with comfort."

Saya Group has developed housing and commercial projects in Delhi-NCR.
