Silver Futures Plunge: Prices Drop to Rs 82,661/kg - PTI

Silver prices fell by Rs 294 to Rs 82,661 per kg on Tuesday due to reduced bets by participants, according to the Press Trust of India. The decline comes amid a global trend of silver prices falling in New York.
New Delhi, May 7 (PTI) Silver prices on Tuesday fell Rs 294 to Rs 82,661 per kilogram as participants reduced their bets.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, silver contracts for July delivery declined Rs 294 or 0.35 per cent to Rs 82,661 per kg in a business turnover of 24,993 lots.

Globally, silver was trading 0.59 per cent lower at USD 27.45 per ounce in New York.
