TBZ Q1 Profit Surges 50% to Rs 17 Cr on Higher Revenue

New Delhi, Aug 5 (PTI) Mumbai-based jewellery firm Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri Ltd (TBZ) on Monday reported a 50 per cent increase in its consolidated net profit to Rs 17.04 crore in the first quarter of this fiscal on higher revenue.

Its profit stood at Rs 11.36 crore in the year-ago period.

Total income rose to Rs 597.23 crore in the April-June period of this fiscal from Rs 571.81 crore in the corresponding period in the previous year, according to a regulatory filing.
