Zinc prices fell 2.03% on Tuesday, driven by reduced speculator interest and weak demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, Jun 11 (PTI) Zinc prices on Tuesday fell 2.03 per cent to Rs 250.95 per kilogram in the futures trade as speculators reduced their exposure, taking negative cues from the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, zinc contracts for June delivery traded lower Rs 5.20 or 2.03 per cent at Rs 250.95 per kg in 3,096 lots.

Analysts said trimming of positions by participants owing to slackened demand from consuming industries in the physical market mainly weighed on zinc prices.
