Aluminium Futures Rise on Fresh Bets - PTI

Aluminium prices rose 1.28% on the Multi Commodity Exchange, driven by fresh bets from speculators and demand from consuming industries.
New Delhi, May 29 (PTI) Aluminium prices on Wednesday rose 1.28 per cent to Rs 249.80 per kilogram in futures trade as speculators built up fresh positions amid a positive trend in the spot market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, aluminium contracts for June delivery increased Rs 3.15 or 1.28 per cent to Rs 249.80 per kg in a business turnover of 3,637 lots.

Analysts said fresh positions created by traders amid demand from consuming industries supported aluminium prices in the futures market.
