CESC Net Profit Rises 6% to Rs 388 cr in Q1 | Business News

CESC Ltd reported a 6% rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 388 crore in Q1 FY24, driven by higher revenues. Total income rose to Rs 4,918 crore.
New Delhi, Aug 9 (PTI) CESC Ltd on Friday posted about 6 per cent rise in its consolidated net profit to Rs 388 crore in the June quarter compared to the year-ago period mainly due to higher revenues.

The company has a consolidated net profit of Rs 368 crore in the quarter ended on June 30, 2023, a BSE filing showed.

Total income rose to Rs 4,918 crore in the quarter from Rs 4,369 crore in the same period year ago.
