Copper Futures Decline on Weak Demand - PTI

Copper futures on the Multi Commodity Exchange slipped 0.08% on Thursday to Rs 848.95 per kilogram, driven by weak demand in the domestic market.
New Delhi, May 8 (PTI) Copper futures on Thursday slipped 0.08 per cent to Rs 848.95 per kilogram as participants reduced their positions amid muted demand in the domestic market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for June delivery eased by 65 paise or 0.08 per cent to Rs 848.95 per kilogram in a business turnover of 806 lots.

Analysts attributed the rise in copper prices to higher bets by participants.
