New Delhi, Jan 2 (PTI) Copper futures on Thursday fell 0.14 per cent to Rs 792.75 per kilogram as participants reduced their positions amid muted demand in the domestic market.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, copper contracts for January delivery eased by Rs 1.10 or 0.14 per cent to Rs 792.75 per kg in a business turnover of 10,055 lots.

Analysts said trimming of positions by speculators amid muted demand in the spot market mainly dragged down copper prices in the futures trade.
