Cottonseed Oil Futures Decline on Weak Demand - PTI

Cottonseed oil cake futures prices fell on the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange due to weak trends in spot markets and sell-off by participants.
New Delhi, Jan 17 (PTI) Cottonseed oil cake prices on Wednesday decreased Rs 35 to Rs 2,675 per quintal in futures trade as participants reduced their bets following weak trends in spot markets.
On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, cottonseed oil cake for January delivery fell Rs 35 or 1.31 per cent to Rs 2,675 per quintal with an open interest of 2,860 lots.
Analysts said a sell-off by participants at existing levels amid a subdued trend in the market mainly weighed on cottonseed oil cake prices.
