Crude Oil Futures Decline on Low Demand - PTI

Crude oil futures declined 1.92% on the Multi Commodity Exchange (MCX) on Monday, driven by weak demand. Global oil prices also fell, with WTI and Brent crude trading lower.
New Delhi, Apr 8 (PTI) Crude oil futures on Monday declined 1.92 per cent to Rs 7,144 per barrel as participants trimmed their positions on low demand.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, crude oil for April delivery fell Rs 140 or 1.92 per cent to Rs 7,144 per barrel with a business volume of 7,463 lots.

Globally, West Texas Intermediate crude oil traded 1.37 per cent lower at USD 85.72 per barrel, while Brent crude was trading 1.41 per cent lower at USD 89.88 per barrel in New York.
