GACM Technology to Raise Rs 200 Cr

GACM Technology board to consider Rs 200 crore fundraising proposal via QIP on July 9. The company will also review Q1 FY25 results.
Mumbai, Jul 3 (PTI) Financial technology company GACM Technology (GATECH) on Thursday said its board will consider a proposal to raise up to Rs 200 crore through qualified institutional placement route.

The board is scheduled to meet on July 9, 2025 to issue, and allot securities of up to Rs 200 crores through qualified institutional placement (QIP) in one or more tranches, the company said in a statement.

The board will also consider and approve the company's financial results for the April-June quarter of this financial year, the Telangana-based company said.

GATECH said it has recently entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a 30 per cent equity stake in WEXL Edu, an AI-driven EdTech and education data company. The projected valuation of the deal is estimated to be around Rs 500 crore.
