Gold Futures Fall on Low Demand: Prices Drop to Rs 76,014 - PTI

Gold prices declined Rs 376 to Rs 76,014 per 10 grams in futures trade on Thursday, driven by weak global cues. Analysts attribute the fall to global market trends.

New Delhi, Oct 3 (PTI) Gold prices on Thursday declined Rs 376 to Rs 76,014 per 10 grams in futures trade amid weak global cues.

On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold contracts for December delivery traded lower by Rs 376 or 0.49 per cent to Rs 76,014 per 10 grams in a business turnover of 1,758 lots.

Analysts attributed the fall in gold prices to weak global cues.

Globally, gold futures declined 0.44 per cent to USD 2,646 per ounce in New York.
