Guar gum futures decline on low demand. October delivery falls to Rs 9,070/quintal. Weak spot market trend pressures prices.
New Delhi, Sep 25 (PTI) Guar gum prices on Thursday fell Rs 10 to Rs 9,070 per quintal in the futures trade as traders offloaded their holdings in line with a weak trend in the spot market.

On the National Commodity and Derivatives Exchange, guar gum for October delivery declined by Rs 10 or 0.11 per cent to Rs 9,070 per quintal in 41,150 lots.

Marketmen said slackness in demand in the spot market and ample supplies from growing regions put pressure on guar gum prices.
